Feathers, Fur, Skin and Scales 

(Years Kindergarten to 3)

An introduction to concepts of classification. Learn the ‘what’ ‘why’ and ‘how’ of animal coverings through up-close encounters with a range of animals and animal artefacts. An understanding of classification gives them a better foundation for an appreciation of biodiversity within animal groups.

Cost: $13.25 per student, GST exempt 

Bush Party

(Years Kindergarten to 2)

After hearing an original story, children explore the Australian Bushwalk wearing colourful native animal costumes. Students report back on how our native species meet their basic needs for survival and identify actions they can take to help conserve our bushland habitats.

Magic Forest - Australia

(Years 1 to 3)

Students participate in a roleplay using puppets and costumes to explore the basic needs of our native species and threats to their survival. They discover that protecting trees ensures that forests stay magical places for both animals and people. 

Cost: $13.25 per student, GST exempt

Magic Rainforest - Asia

(Years 1 to 3)

Students participate in a roleplay using puppets and costumes to explore the basic needs of Asian Rainforest species and threats to their survival. They discover that protecting trees ensures that rainforests stay magical places for both animals and people.
