Strict minimum age of 2 years. Children under 2 years of age (including infants) are not permitted.
All children over 2 years must have a Giraffe Encounter ticket and be accompanied by an adult (16+) with a Giraffe Encounter ticket.
An adult child ratio applies: 2-6 years (1:1 ratio); 7-15 years (1:9 ratio).
