Gift memberships cannot be exchanged for other like products except in the case of a customer wishing to upgrade a child membership into an adult membership. The customer must pay any difference between the respective membership values.

4.5 Zoo Memberships cannot be paid on a pro-rata basis.

4.6 Zoo Memberships are strictly non-transferable. All memberships must include current member details and a photograph of the member. Only the person named on the Zoo Membership card may use it and Perth Zoo reserves the right to cancel a membership and all benefits associated with the membership if the card is transferred to another party.

The only exception is for gift memberships that have not been confirmed, and these can be transferred to another recipient during the confirmation process via the online platform.
