Wildlife Warriors offers a unique experience where children will;

- participate in hands-on, interactive challenges to discover ways they can help wildlife
- enjoy a special experience not available to general zoo visitors

Keeping an Eye on Wildlife – 1 July 2024
Have you ever wondered how we can keep an eye on all the amazing animals we have in the world? Not all of them like to hang out during the day, some like to hide, some are super tiny and others are very sneaky. Use your keen observation and science skills to discover ways we monitor creatures big and small to support their survival.
Wildlife Habitats – 3 July 2024
Could a lion survive in the rainforest? Delve deep into the purpose of habitat, discover animals features to help them survive in their environment and problem solve challenges that habitats around the world face.
Wildlife Rangers – 8 July 2024
Worldwide, wildlife rangers play a crucial role in protecting and caring for their local wildlife. Jump into the shoes of a ranger to discover the challenges they overcome to protect species, the special connections they make with wildlife and the amazing opportunities they experience.
Wildlife Conservation – 10 July 2024
Discover the range of threats to wildlife worldwide, the research carried out and the conservation actions used to protect species.
Sustainability for Wildlife – 11 July 2024
Water quality, canopy cover and even animal poo are all important sustainability initiatives at Perth Zoo. But how does being sustainable help wildlife?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
+ Can I book my younger/older child into a program that is for a different age range?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings for children outside of the recommended age range for the chosen Kids and Youth Programs. There are a lot of factors that our expert Zoo educators, zoo keepers and veterinary staff consider when developing these unique, fun and educational experiences to not only ensure our animal residents are safe, comfortable and happy, but that the educational experiences are age and school year appropriate.
+ Can I change the date of my booking?
Yes, you may change the day of your booking a minimum of 7 days before the original booked date. You can do this by logging into the Perth Zoo account used to purchase the ticket. Select ‘Your Purchases’, then click ‘Change Booking’ and select a new day to attend.
+ Is there a waitlist for fully booked sessions?
There is no waiting list for our Kids and Youth Programs . If there are cancellations, the tickets will be re-released on our website. So keep an eye on our website for any updates.
+ My child can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
Tickets to attend our Kids and Youth Programs are non-refundable. Please ensure you have chosen the correct date and program for your child when booking. A no show on the day will result in the ticket being forfeited.
+ What does my child need to bring?
Please make sure your child is wearing enclosed shoes and weather appropriate clothing such as a hat, jacket and raincoat. Also pack a water bottle, morning tea and lunch to keep tummies from rumbling.
