Wild Homes at the Zoo

Discover how zoo habitats are designed to reflect animals’ wild homes and support their wellbeing.

Throughout this 90-minute experience your students will; 

  • visit an animal exhibit and take notes on design features that support welfare. 
  • use critical thinking skills to designa nd build their own exhibit.
  • tour the new Gibbon Crossing to uncover the planning behind Perth Zoo's ltest wild home.
