• One ticket allows up to two people to participate together.
  Children aged 6 years and over may participate only when accompanied by a participating adult (16+).
• Enclosed footwear is essential.
• Close Encounters are non-refundable.
• As a welfare-accredited zoo, all of our animals have the choice to participate in Close Encounters. Their health and happiness always comes first!
