Ngulla Boodja Bidi Boorda

Ngulla Boodja Bidi Boorda (Sharing and Caring for Country Together) is an immersive, curriculum-aligned education program that brings Noongar culture, language, and ecological knowledge to life through engaging, hands-on workshops.

Designed in partnership with Noongar educators and guided by cultural respect and authenticity, the program weaves together storytelling, science, art, movement, and language to deepen students’ understanding of Country, culture, and caring for the environment. Each lesson respectfully centres Noongar knowledge systems and encourages meaningful engagement with Elders and knowledge holders wherever possible.

Aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum, including HASS, Science, English, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Histories and Cultures, the program supports rich interdisciplinary learning while fostering respect, curiosity, and connection to the natural world.

Ngulla boodja bidi boorda offers students more than a lesson—it’s an invitation to listen, learn, and walk respectfully alongside Noongar culture while nurturing the next generation of carers for Country.
