Members Monthly Reward – Exclusive to Perth Zoo Members
Terms and Conditions

These Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the entry process for the Member Monthly Reward (“Draw”) organised by Zoological Parks Authority (“Perth Zoo”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Entry Period

 
Entries for the Draw open on the first and closes on the last day of each month (the “Entry Period”) between the dates 1 December 2024 and ending 30 June 2025.

2. Eligibility

1. Open to current Perth Zoo Members who visit the zoo during the Entry Period.
2. Members are automatically entered into the Draw upon scanning their valid membership at the entrance.

 

3. The Draw

1. Winners will be drawn on the last day of each month (Monthly Winners) during the Entry Period.
2. All entries into the Draw will be collated into a single database.
3. A randomise algorithm selects one Winner on the last day of each month (“Draw Date”)
4. The Winner of the Draw is notified within five business days of the Draw Date by the email address or phone number provided in their membership details (“notification”)

 

4. The Prize

1. Prize: Perth Zoo Prize Package valued at no less than $100.
2. Validity: Prize must be claimed within six months of date of the Monthly Winner being notified.
3. The content of the Prize Package may include Gift Vouchers redeemable at Perth Zoo Shop or Perth Zoo Cafe. The Prize Package will vary monthly, as determined by Perth Zoo at its sole discretion.
4. The Prize is not assignable, transferrable, and not redeemable for cash.

 

5. Redemption of Prize

1. Winners must redeem the Prize within six months of notification (“Redemption Period”).
2. If the Prize is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, the Winner forfeits the Prize.
3. Proof of identity may be required to redeem the Prize.

 

6. Your personal Information

1. Perth Zoo uses any information collected about you only in accordance with Perth Zoo’s information and privacy policy.
2. Perth Zoo may ask permission to share Prize Winners first name and suburb on our social media platforms.  

 

7. Limitation of Liability

1. Perth Zoo is not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Draw.
2. The sole remedy for any damage is a full refund of the membership fee.

 

8. Changes to the Terms

1. Perth Zoo reserves the right to change the terms and will notify Participants of any material changes.
2. Participants may cancel their entry to the Draw if they are unhappy with the changes.

 

9. Additional Conditions

1. Perth Zoo reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Draw if necessary.
2. Perth Zoo may disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Draw.

 

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement pertaining the Draw and the Prize and are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
