Important Information

• Zoo Entry is not included in this experience. A valid Entry ticket or Zoo membership is required.
• Enclosed footwear recommended.
• There is no minimum age and children under two can attend this experience for free.
• All children aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult encounter ticket holder (16+).
• Close Encounters are non-refundable.
• As a welfare-accredited zoo, all of our animals have the choice to participate in Close Encounters. Their health and happiness always comes first!
