  • View our Anaphylaxis and Allergy Plan
  • Please be aware that due to location capacity limits there may be times during the session where children go into an area of the zoo without their supervising adult (who will wait outside) for a short period of time. There may also be times where the students are required to work in a group with other students. We understand everyone learns differently, so please speak to the educator at sign in if there is anything we can do to help your child have an amazing experience.
  • Siblings under 5: We appreciate participants coming to the session without younger siblings (under 5) wherever possible, so that you can have the best hands-on experience with your child and minimise distraction from the activities. There are some spaces behind the scenes where we cannot take children under 5, so they will need to wait outside with the supervising adult for this part of the program.
