Accompany one of our dedicated bird keepers to hear some fascinating facts while you help give the flock their breakfast - if you’re lucky, you may even get to feed them!

Important Information:
- Zoo entry is included in experience ticket purchase.
- One ticket per person. Children aged 8 years and over may participate only when accompanied by a participating adult (16+) who also has a Macaw Experience ticket.
- Closed‑toe shoes must be worn.
- Moderate fitness/mobility required.
- Animal Experiences are non‑refundable.
- As a welfare‑accredited zoo, animal participation is voluntary — their wellbeing always comes first.
