Go behind-the-scenes and discover how much fun it is to care for our Asian Small-clawed Otters.

THIS BEHIND THE SCENES EXPERIENCE IS AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY.

Meet our otter keeper to learn about their daily care and enrichment. Each encounter will be unique, allowing our keepers to let the individual animals shine and give them the choice and control on how they participate.

You will fall otter-ly in love with these playful animals!

Each ticket for this encounter can accommodate up to two people. All children aged 8-15 must have an encounter ticket and be accompanied by an adult encounter ticket holder (16+). Flat, closed in shoes are essential to take part in this encounter. This encounter is for a limited season, date changes cannot be offered. Close Encounters are non refundable.
