Important Information
- Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Every participant, adult and child alike, requires their own Giraffe Experience ticket. A child's ticket does not include admission for an accompanying adult, and adults cannot attend the experience without their own ticket.
- An adult to child supervision ratio applies. 2-6 years (1:1 ratio). 7-15 years (1:9 ratio).
- Zoo Entry is not included in this experience. A valid Entry ticket or Zoo membership is required.

- Enclosed footwear is recommended.
- Experiences are non-refundable.
