Perth Zoo keepers have had their hands (and hearts!) full looking after two of our newest and CUTEST residents, a pair of dingo puppies!

The three-month-old sibling pair, named Sunny and Luna, arrived from Victoria last month and have been busy acclimatising to their new home behind-the-scenes in our veterinary department.

While they aren't quite ready to make their public debut just yet, keepers have been treating the dynamic duo to loads of puppy love!

When they're ready, Sunny and Luna will move into the Australian Bushwalk habitat. Here, it's hoped they will inspire a new generation of dingo lovers.

But for now, the team are firmly focused on build trusting relationships and setting the pups up for success in their new fur-ever home with us at Perth Zoo

Many visitors will have special memories of late dingos Daku and Mirri exploring the Zoo on their daily walks.

Keepers are currently working through daily training programs with the pups (with plenty of meaty rewards!) in the hopes of carrying on this legacy.

Not only will this delight our visitors in the future - but it will provide diverse enrichment opportunities as the pups eventually sniff their way around the Zoo!

Stay tuned for more adorable pup-dates to come
