After the talk, you might be able to ask some of your burning questions. Our keepers are super passionate about animal welfare and conservation and love interacting with visitors! 

Spot the Gruffalo! 

Embark on a magical adventure at Perth Zoo! Follow clues through a self-led trail and capture photos and videos of your wild adventure. With the free Gruffalo Spotter app, animated characters come to life against the real-world forest backdrop. Download the Gruffalo Spotter 2 Aus app from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

Unwind at the playground and café 

Let the kids run wild at the playground while you relax with a coffee or a bite to eat at the café overlooking the playground. It's the perfect spot to unwind while keeping an eye on the little ones. 


 

Top tips for seeing animals in action – soak it in! 

Take your time! Slowing down gives you the best chance to see the animals. Relax at each habitat, wait, listen and watch.
