Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Every participant, adult and child alike, requires their own Giraffe Experience ticket. A child's ticket does not include admission for an accompanying adult, and adults cannot attend the experience without their own ticket.
An adult child ratio applies: 2-6 years (1:1 ratio); 7-15 years (1:9 ratio). For safety, children and infants under 2 years will not be permitted on the tower.
