Use the below forms to book Secondary School education experiences and self-guided visits.

If booking more than two classes please provide additional details in the comments section or call (08) 9474 0365.

  • This is a booking request form only. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from our Discovery and Learning team.
  • Bookings for education experiences and self-guided visits require a minimum of 10 students​.
