Visitor Experience Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The Perth Zoo Visitor Experience Survey Prize Draw is open to all who complete the Perth Zoo Visitor Experience Survey and opt in at the end of the survey (including providing valid contact details) to be part of the draw. Each entrant is permitted to obtain a single entry into the Perth Zoo Visitor Experience Survey Prize Draw. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations by the governing state. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

However, employees (including contract and agency staff) of Perth Zoo or the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA)and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or to win any prize offered in this competition.

Timing

Entry into the Perth Zoo Visitor Experience Survey Prize Draw opens up as follows: 
Spring: 1st September - 30 November
Summer: 1st December - 28 February  
Autumn: 1 March - 30 June
Winter: 1 July - 31 August 

Entry

To enter the Perth Zoo Visitor Experience Survey Prize Draw, a respondent must complete and submit their survey response by 11:59pm of the last day of each season (as per above dates).

Restrictions

Each eligible entrant for the Perth Zoo Visitor Experience Survey Prize Draw must have his/her own e-mail address, separate from the e-mail address of any other eligible entrant. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than a single entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and log-ins, or any other method(s), will void all of that participant’s entries and may subject such individual to additional sanctions or penalties in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Use of any automated system to participate in the Promotion is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and all entries submitted or received via such automated system will be void.

Prize Draw and Verification

All entries into the Perth Zoo Visitor Experience Survey Prize Draw will be collated into a single database at the close of the nominated period, with a randomise algorithm being used to select the one winner. The winner will be drawn by Painted Dog Research and contacted by Perth Zoo within five business days of the survey close date via the email or phone number they provided. If a winner is unsuccessful in responding to Perth Zoo’s email or phone call within 3 months of contact, a back-up winner will be selected. This process will continue until an eligible winner has been selected and receives their prize. Winners may be required to show proof of identity before receiving their prize. 

Publication

The prize winner will be published on the Perth Zoo website. No information will be disclosed beyond the winners’ first name and suburb.
