Important Information

• Each ticket for this encounter can accommodate up to two people. 
• Minimum age 10 years. All children aged 10-15 must have a Koala Encounter ticket and be accompanied by an adult (16+) with a Koala encounter ticket.
• To prioritise the koalas comfort and wellbeing, touching or holding the koalas isn’t part of the experience, however you’ll still enjoy an unbeatable close-up view and the opportunity for some incredible photos.
• Enclosed footwear must be worn
• Close Encounters are non-refundable.
• As a welfare-accredited zoo, all of our animals have the choice to participate in Close Encounters. Their health and happiness always comes first!
