Get ready to go behind the scenes with a primate keeper, then step right into the ring tailed lemurs’ savannah habitat! Watch them leap in for treats, explore their enrichment, and show off their playful personalities. Chat with your keeper, meet each unique lemur, and discover how we keep them thriving and full of life!

When you enjoy an Animal Experience, you’re helping support critical conservation work for wildlife around the world, including lemurs in Madagascar.



Important Information:

• Minimum age 10 years.
• All children aged 10-15  must be accompanied by a paying adult encounter ticket holder (16+) at a 1:1 Adult and Child ratio.
• Closed‑toe shoes must be worn.
• A face mask may be required.
• Zoo entry is not included in Experience ticket purchase. A valid entry ticket or Zoo membership is required.
• Animal Experiences are non‑refundable.
• As a welfare‑accredited zoo, animal participation is voluntary — their wellbeing always comes first!
