• Due to the evolving avian influenza (bird flu) situation, this experience may be modified or cancelled at short notice if required to support animal health and welfare. Additional PPE requirements may also apply. Should any changes be necessary, all affected booking holders will be notified via email.
• One ticket allows up to two people to participate together.
  Children aged 6 years and over may participate only when accompanied by a participating adult (16+).
• Enclosed footwear is essential.
• Animal Experiences are non-refundable.
• As a welfare-accredited zoo, all of our animals have the choice to participate in Animal Experiences. Their health and happiness always comes first!
