Get ready for a wild and ever-changing encounter! On the day, the animals you meet will be a surprise!
In either our Primate Trail or Amazonia habitat, you might meet a Marmoset, Bolivian Squirrel Monkey or even a Red-rumped Agouti!

You’ll step inside their habitat for a truly immersive experience, explore areas usually reserved for keepers, and discover how we care for these amazing animals. With plenty of opportunities to learn and ask questions, no two experiences are ever the same.

Important Information:

• One ticket allows up to two people to participate together. Children aged 10 years and over may participate only when accompanied by a participating adult (16+). 
• Zoo entry is not included. A valid entry ticket or Zoo membership is required.
• Closed‑toe shoes must be worn.
• Face masks may be required.
• Animal Experiences are non‑refundable.
• As a welfare‑accredited zoo, animal participation is voluntary — their wellbeing always comes first.
