Head behind-the-scenes to climb our Giraffe Tower and see how a giraffe experiences the world.

These gentle giants are a sight to behold, and if they’re feeling peckish you may even get to feed them a leafy treat.

If you think their necks are long – just wait until you see their tongue reaching for their favourite foliage.

Important Information  

• Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Every participant, adult and child alike, requires their own Giraffe Experience ticket. A child's ticket does not include admission for an accompanying adult, and adults cannot attend the experience without their own ticket.
• An adult to child supervision ratio applies. 2-6 years (1:1 ratio).  7-15 years (1:9 ratio).
• Zoo Entry is not included in this experience. A valid Entry ticket or Zoo membership is required.
• For safety reasons, children and infants under 2 years of age are not permitted on the tower.
• Enclosed footwear is recommended.
• Experiences are non-refundable.
• As a welfare-accredited zoo, all of our animals have the choice to participate in these experiences. Their health and happiness always comes first!
